Warranty
The warranty terms of the products from Adaptec, ATTO, Cambex, Emulex, JMR, Paralan, Sanbolic, Rocket, ... etc are listed at their respective website.

For products manufactured by Solkenix (Sol Array, Sol NAS),

WARRANTY PERIOD
All Solkenix fully configured rackmount solutions are warranted to be free of defects in materials for a period of two years from date of shipment. A fully configured rackmount system is defined as a RAID or NAS system, which in a single purchase includes the rackmount chassis, RAID controller / motherboard, processor, cooling equipment, power supply, and memory all assembled.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances are we liable for the following: (1) third-party claims against you for damages; (2) loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or (3) economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or incidental damages even if we are informed of their possibility.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All Sol NAS and RAID Systems are warranted to be free of defects in materials for a period of two years from date of shipment. All Components purchased from Solkenix which are not sold as part of an Solkenix System are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Components may have additional warranties by their publisher or manufacturer in replacement or addition to this warranty. 

This warranty does not cover any abuse, misuse or modification of Products. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective Product under warranty as we see appropriate.  We do not warrant the data, uninterrupted or error-free operation of a Product. We do not warrant that any product that you acquire will meet your individual requirements.

BILLABLE REPAIR WARRANTY
All repairs performed by Solkenix at its facility on a billable basis outside the scope of a system warranty are warranted for a period of 60 days from the date of the repair. If such repair is performed on a system having a remaining Solkenix warranty in excess of 60 days, the overall system warranty is not affected.

 
RMA form
Print  this form, fill up, then email or fax to us.  The Support Dept. will check the details and issue RMA number for return.
